Every Standard and Professional platform purchase includes one year of subscription. The subscription unlocks PDF reports, advanced analytics, AD/LDAP and Hybrid Entra integration, email support, and platform updates. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. The Free edition is fully functional for up to 5 license servers with no time limit. For paid features, request an evaluation above — you get evaluation portal access with Professional features enabled for 60 days.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your paid platform tier keeps working. You lose access to subscription features (PDF reports, advanced analytics, AD/LDAP and Hybrid Entra, email support, platform updates) but real-time monitoring continues. If your evaluation expires it will revert to the Free edition.
Do I need internet access?
No. LiMon runs entirely on-premises. The only outbound call, aside from the initial software download, is the optional setup of webhooks calls to Slack/Teams in Professional LiMon.
Do you offer discounts for educational/NGO/etc.?
LiMon offers a free edition without restrictions. For paid editions our price are extremely competitive so we cannot offer further discounts. You can save up to 15% in subscription cost if you commit to a multiyear purchase. If you want to purchase licenses in bulk or resell LiMon contact partners@limonops.com
What is your return policy?
Because LiMon offers a free edition with no time limit and a 60-day Professional evaluation, we encourage customers to evaluate it fully before purchasing. Once we generate a paid key, the sale is final and we cannot revoke or refund it. If you are unsure, continue using the free edition or request an evaluation before buying.
