Every Standard and Professional platform purchase includes one year of maintenance. Maintenance unlocks Intelligence Reports, advanced analytics, AD/LDAP and Hybrid Entra integration, email support, and platform updates. It renews automatically each year — you can cancel anytime before the renewal date. Email support follows our Support Policy.

Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Request an evaluation above to get portal access with Professional features enabled for 60 days.
What happens when my maintenance expires?
Your Standard or Professional platform keeps working. You lose access to maintenance features (Intelligence Reports, advanced analytics, AD/LDAP and Hybrid Entra, email support, platform updates) but real-time monitoring continues.
Do I need internet access?
No. LiMon runs entirely on-premises. The only outbound call, aside from the initial software download, is the optional setup of webhooks calls to Slack/Teams in Professional LiMon.
Do you offer discounts for educational/NGO/etc.?
Our prices are intentionally competitive, so we cannot offer further discounts for most purchases. You can save up to 15% in maintenance cost if you commit to a multiyear purchase. If you want to purchase licenses in bulk or resell LiMon contact partners@limonops.com
What is your return policy?
Because LiMon offers a 60-day Professional evaluation, we encourage customers to evaluate it fully before purchasing. Once we generate a commercial key, the sale is final and we cannot revoke or refund it. If you are unsure, request an evaluation before buying.
