7. Consumer Rights (LGDCU)

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium (e.g., license keys) once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 103.m LGDCU).
  • Services fully performed with the consumer’s prior express consent (Art. 103.a LGDCU).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence within the EU (Art. 18 Regulation (EU) 1215/2012).
