Website and Portal Terms of Use
Rules for using the LiMon website, customer portal, downloads, and hosted customer workflows.
Last updated: June 2026
These terms explain how you may use the LiMon public website, customer portal, download pages, portal APIs, and hosted customer workflows. They are meant to be practical rules for the hosted parts of LiMon, not a replacement for the software licence.
The LiMon software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement. Personal data is covered by the Privacy Policy. Purchases may also be subject to order terms or payment terms shown by Paddle or another authorised payment provider at checkout.
1. Services Covered
These terms apply to:
- limonops.com and its public pages.
- The customer portal on
license.limonops.comorportal.limonops.com. - Download links, license-key views, entitlement assignment flows, and portal APIs.
Any other LiMon host, subdomain, administrative interface, internal API, staging environment, or tool that is not listed here is not authorised for public access unless we clearly publish it as a public service.
If a page, order, licence, or written agreement says something more specific, that more specific wording controls for that item.
2. Who May Use the Portal
The public website may be viewed by anyone who uses it lawfully.
The customer portal is for customers, evaluation users, and people authorised by those organisations. You may only access portal data, licence keys, downloads, or customer-specific files for an organisation you are allowed to represent.
LiMon administrative, internal, staging, or operator-only systems are not part of the public website or customer portal. If you are not explicitly authorised to use one, do not try to access it.
3. Magic Links and Sessions
Portal login uses one-time magic links. Treat a magic link like a password while it is valid:
- Do not share it outside the person or team authorised to access that customer account.
- Do not use a link that was not issued to you or your organisation.
- Tell us if you believe a portal link, session, or email account has been misused.
We may expire links, revoke sessions, or ask for another sign-in when needed for security.
4. Acceptable Use
Please use the website and portal normally and responsibly. You must not:
- Try to access another customer account or operator account, or any download, licence key, file, portal record, or API data that belongs to another customer or is not assigned to your organisation.
- Probe, scan, overload, or test the security of the website, portal, APIs, or infrastructure without our prior written approval.
- Bypass authentication, download controls, rate limits, entitlement checks, anti-forgery checks, or other safeguards.
- Use malware, scripts, bots, or automated traffic in a way that disrupts the service or collects restricted information.
- Upload, submit, or send illegal, misleading, abusive, or harmful content through contact, support, evaluation, or portal forms.
- Use the portal to redistribute software, licence keys, customer-specific assets, or private links except as allowed by your licence or written agreement.
- Misrepresent your identity, company, entitlement, purchase status, or authority to act for a customer.
We may block, suspend, or limit access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken, if there is a security risk, or if we need to protect customers, LiMon, or the service.
5. Downloads and Licence Material
Some downloads are public. Others are available only to a customer, an active evaluation user, or a specific entitlement.
Authenticated downloads, licence keys, checksums, release notes marked for customers, and customer-specific support files are not public material. Do not publish private portal links, raw storage paths, licence keys, or access tokens.
Downloading the software does not give you rights beyond the applicable EULA, order, evaluation terms, or written agreement.
6. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The website, portal, text, graphics, logos, screenshots, product names, code, and other materials are owned by ALIA Software S.L. or its licensors. You may link to our public pages and quote short extracts in a normal fair-use or citation context. Other copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial use needs our prior written permission unless the law allows it.
LiMon does not claim ownership of trademarks belonging to third-party software vendors mentioned on the website. Those names are used only to identify compatible licence managers or software ecosystems.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The website and portal may link to third-party sites or services, including product documentation, payment processing, analytics, or support tools. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
8. Availability and Changes
We try to keep the website and portal available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or remove pages, portal features, downloads, or APIs for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons.
Information on the public website is provided for general product and business purposes. It is not a binding offer unless a checkout page, signed quote, order form, or written agreement says so.
9. Security Reports
If you find a security issue, please report it responsibly to support@limonops.com or legal@limonops.com. Do not access, copy, change, delete, or disclose customer data or restricted files while investigating.
10. Relationship With Other Terms
These terms govern use of the website, portal, downloads, and hosted workflows. They do not replace:
- The End User License Agreement for installed software.
- Any signed contract, order form, or subscription terms.
- Mandatory legal rights that cannot be waived.
- The Privacy Policy for personal data.
If there is a conflict, the more specific document applies to the specific subject it covers.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute about use of the website or portal will be handled by the courts and tribunals of Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require a different forum.
